MTS 3D ORM FBRM Signal lens technique is a patented technology developed by MTS.
MTS 3D ORM Autofocus in combination FBRM Signal lens technique integrates forward, lateral and backward optical signals. Our focal based <2°light paths angle reduce unwanted scattering light effects, so that detection quantity of back reflected lights will be doubled. Compare with single lens multi mode laser particle system size analyzer, this technique improves measuring range dramatically, measuring accuracy for fine particles and resolution ratio. Compare with MTS 3D ORM Autofocus FBRM Signal-beam laser particle size analyzer, the technique improves reliability and reduces failure rate under process condition. Unique MTS calibration technique for accuracy
All instruments are passed through the calibration by MTS reticular System. In addition different standard calibration sample, will guarantee the accuracy of the instrument's test results. Standard sample is provided along with the instruments at the same time. Users can check up the accuracy of the instrument at any time by MTS reticular System, which may avoid losses caused by inaccurate test results due to instrument relocation, voltage/photon/laser/damping fluctuation and other factors which can be found by internet link in connection with the MTS service team.

Measuring technique for operation under dew point temperature
For the MTS laser particle
analyzer running in high humidity environment, the technique will play a
big role in ensuring instruments run in the normal condition and
accurate test results can be obtained. Because in high humidity
environment, mistreat is easy to condense on the inside surfaces optics
of the Sensor. The sensor must be purged under this condition with a
clean nitrogen gas. If condensation accurse the
MTS would go in a alarm status.

By adopting the Multi Capture Signal Technology (MCST) and
high-speed AD technique, sampling rate of MTS’s
laser particle analyzer can reach in the most sophisticated versions
250.000 captured signals per second.
So the system can accurately capture the back reflected signals of
particles when they passing the Autofocus driven by the single mode 4
micron the laser beam, which avoids the distortion caused by out of
focus area. MCST ensure the accuracy and repeatability of the result.
High-speed signal sampling technique is particularly important in the
dry powder application where the flow speed is high.
